Tee Thomas

Tee brings 15+ years of water financing and environmental equity experience to Quantified Ventures. Most recently, she served as the Water Finance Director for the state of Vermont. In this role, she managed more than $500M worth of loans, grants, and contracts related to water financing.
She wrote and helped pass Act 185 which overhauled the state’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund to expand the program to fund natural infrastructure through new mechanisms, including a sponsorship program. She created the Natural Infrastructure Interim Financing Program, which deployed $15M in its first two years of operations, protecting and restoring more than 11,000 acres of land including wetlands, streams, drinking source water protection areas, and river corridor easements. Tee has also been active with the Vermont Legislature, working on water quality policy and legislation related to environmental equity.
Prior to her tenure in Vermont, Tee worked with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources’ Drinking Water Program and later with the Iowa Department of Transportation as the National Environmental Policy Act Manager.
Tee combines her expertise in the mechanics of the EPA’s Clean Water Act Funding Programs (Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds) with her passion for natural infrastructure. She’s a strong believer in the potential power of public financing to be the catalytic super investor in this fast emerging field of nature-based solutions, while simultaneously and aggressively advancing equity and resilience agendas across the country.

Reese Tisdale

I look back on my 15 years of private equity investment experience with enthusiasm. I was fortunate to work with companies in a wide range of industries from consumer products and services to B2B sectors such as online marketing and media. I enjoyed all aspects of my work: taking deep dives researching industries and competitors, originating investment opportunities, performing due diligence on companies, structuring and negotiating financial partnerships and working with management teams to build thriving organizations.
As a financial consultant, I have enjoyed a closer connection with management and the impact I can have on solving problems and streamlining processes. Ben Wright

Ben has served in a variety of roles within 3M, giving him a broad range of expertise including Corporate Venture Capital, Business Building, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategy and Strategic Planning, Marketing and P&L Management; and New Product Development, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Outside of 3M, Ben served as Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Appareo Systems, LLC. As Vice President, Ben was responsible for leading Appareo’s Marketing and Sales functions as well as driving the company’s revenue growth. Under Ben’s leadership, Appareo Systems experienced significant revenue growth, which resulted in the company being named to the Inc. Magazine 500 – a compilation of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the country. Ben also spent nearly eight years in the Army as an Aviation Officer and helicopter pilot. During his time in the Army, Ben gained extensive leadership experience, including leading troops in combat.
Ben earned a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
